We are seeking a highly experienced Amazon Marketplace expert to assist us in integrating and managing our product catalog on Amazon.

The primary focus will be the seamless integration of approximately 4,000 products from our vendor, AbilityOne, ensuring all product data (images, descriptions, pricing, and features) is accurately uploaded and synchronized. Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Amazon Seller Central and managing large-scale product listings.

Responsibilities:

Development Environment:

• Set up and configure the Amazon Seller Central account for integration and testing.

• Manage the transition from testing to a live Amazon Marketplace account. Product Synchronization and Integration:

• Integrate approximately 4,000 products from AbilityOne into Amazon, ensuring that all product data is properly formatted and uploaded.

• Synchronize inventory, pricing, and availability between AbilityOne’s system and Amazon to avoid out-of-stock or pricing discrepancies.

• Complete and manage the Amazon product template, ensuring all fields are correctly populated from the vendor’s Excel data.

• Ensure all product images meet Amazon’s specifications (correct size, resolution, and format).

Product Data Management:

• Regularly review and update product listings to maintain accuracy in product descriptions, pricing, inventory levels, and product features.

• Address any Amazon compliance issues and ensure all listings are aligned with Amazon’s policies and standards.

Ongoing Maintenance:

• Provide ongoing support to ensure product listings remain up-to-date and functional.

• Implement processes for future updates to product information and ensure synchronization across systems.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central and managing large-scale product integrations, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience.

• Expertise in completing Amazon templates and managing bulk uploads using Excel/CSV files.

• Strong attention to detail, particularly in managing large datasets and ensuring product data accuracy.

• Knowledge of Amazon’s policies and guidelines, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve compliance issues.

• Experience with synchronization tools for managing inventory and pricing updates between vendors and Amazon.

• Ability to collaborate e\ectively with our internal teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing maintenance.

Deliverables:

• Successful integration of 4,000 products from AbilityOne into Amazon Marketplace, with all product data accurately represented (images, descriptions, pricing, etc.).

• A documented process for managing ongoing product updates, including synchronization of inventory and pricing.

• Regular maintenance and updates to ensure product listings remain accurate and compliant with Amazon’s standards.

Timeline and Payment Structure:

• The timeline for this project will be outlined based on priority tasks, starting with product integration and followed by synchronization and maintenance.

• We are open to hourly or milestone-based payment. Please provide an estimated number of hours or deliverables-based pricing for the work outlined.

Tools and Platforms:

• The necessary tools and accounts are set up, but if additional software is required, we will cover the costs. You will be responsible for the configuration and management.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Testing will focus on ensuring that product listings are fully functional, with accurate data, proper inventory synchronization, and compliance with Amazon’s guidelines.

• A customer experience run-through will be performed to validate the product listings.
