We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Manager with a proven track record in B2B sales or government contracts to lead our team in driving new business opportunities and achieving sales targets. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, the ability to analyze metrics, and a proactive approach to expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the inside sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Analyze sales metrics and adjust tactics to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, with a focus on B2B and government sectors.
Qualifications:
- Strong B2B sales experience, preferably with government contract knowledge.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven leadership abilities with a track record of managing successful sales teams.
- Willingness to work US Pacific Time Zone hours (non-negotiable)
