About the Role:

Lead Strategically: Own the full purchasing cycle—from sourcing and negotiations to supplier performance and cost control.

Optimize Supply Chains: Manage vendor relationships, streamline procurement processes, and align inventory levels with company goals.

Drive Operational Success: Ensure high-quality, on-time deliveries while supporting cross-functional teams with data-driven purchasing decisions.

Ideal Candidate:

Procurement Pro: Bachelor's in Business, Supply Chain, or related field, with experience in purchasing, budgeting, and vendor management.

Strong Negotiator: You know how to secure favorable terms without compromising quality.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with NetSuite, CRMs, and procurement software.

Detail-Oriented & Strategic: You balance long-term planning with precision in execution.

Communicator: Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal skills.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Manage all stages of the purchasing process, from PO to delivery

• Develop and maintain a network of reliable, cost-effective suppliers

• Monitor and negotiate contracts and performance metrics

• Align purchasing activities with company-wide goals and inventory targets

• Identify and implement cost-saving and process improvement opportunities

• Collaborate with operations, sales, and finance teams to ensure alignment
