Strategic Marketing & Operations Lead

We’re looking for a whip-smart, resourceful, and strategic Marketing & Operations powerhouse to be the right hand to the CEO. You’ll wear many hats. Part marketing strategist, part social media manager, part operations lead, working side-by-side with our founder to scale a business at the intersection of tech sales + marketing and
executive coaching.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations & Execution (You keep us running)● Own and AUTOMATE day-to-day business operations
● Manage inbox and handle timely client communications
● Oversee calendar booking, scheduling, and internal workflows
● Run client and content outreach (email + DMs)
● Manage and update Monday.com for internal project tracking
● Handle data entry, client onboarding, and course management (Thinkific)
● Copyedit and QA content and comms before it goes out
2. Marketing & Social Media (You grow our visibility)
● Content Strategy & Planning:
○ Develop and implement creative and data-driven social media strategies across Instagram, YouTube,
TikTok, Facebook to drive engagement, growth, and brand awareness.
○ Plan, create, and schedule engaging, high-quality posts that align with the company's brand voice and
goals.
○ Understand platform-specific trends, formats, and best practices for each platform to optimize content
delivery and audience reach.
● Content Creation & Management:
○ Collaborate with CEO to generate ideas and content that resonate with target audiences.
○ CEO to write content. You to edit, finalize and post
○ Oversee and manage the content calendar to ensure consistent posting and coordination across all
platforms.
○ Edit and adapt content for each platform to ensure maximum relevance, quality, and engagement.
●Performance Tracking & Optimization:
○ Analyze key metrics, performance, and audience engagement to identify what's working and where
improvements can be made.
○ Conduct A/B testing on different posts, formats, or strategies to optimize future content.
○ Track performance and ROI of each campaign across platforms, using tools like Google Analytics,
social media insights, and other reporting software.
● Community Engagement & Growth:
○ Engage with audiences across platforms, responding to comments, messages, and mentions to build
a strong online community.
○ Implement strategies to grow followers, increase engagement, and enhance the brand’s online
presence.
○ Monitor trends in social media, pop culture, and competitors to keep the brand relevant.
3. Creative Partner & Problem Solver (You anticipate needs)
● Collaborate on launches, offers, and marketing campaigns
● Think one step ahead to recommend tools, workflows, or solutions that save time and create impact
● Act as a filter and sounding board for new ideas and incoming requests
● Stay current on industry trends, tools, and opportunities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in a marketing, business development, or communications role, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Have experience in the coaching/personal development, and the Business to Business technology industry
- Are tech-savvy and adaptable with tools like:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential information.
