Sales Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, demonstrate outstanding time management, and be a self-starter who can think independently. This role is critical in on boarding new business, managing key client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, and driving growth.
Key Responsibilities:
New Business Acquisition:
-Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients by cold calling, conducting market research, attending networking events, and utilizing various lead generation strategies
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with clients to define their goals and create tailored strategies to achieve them.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and present solutions to clients.
Project Management:
- Organize and manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of services.
- Monitor project progress and performance, and proactively address any challenges that arise.
Time Management:
- Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and client expectations.
- Utilize time management tools and techniques to enhance productivity.
Independent Thinking:
- Analyze market trends and client feedback to provide innovative solutions and recommendations.
- Make informed decisions autonomously while keeping the best interests of clients and the organization in mind.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on account performance, growth opportunities, and client satisfaction.
- Use data to drive strategic decisions and enhance client engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while remaining a team player.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
